Excellen part: 1. Breakfast is very good and have many choices 2. Bed is comfortable and room is clean, good location. Should improved: 1. We order room service for food, but the one is different from the menu and then we called the front desk that they said there's such food so they changed to orthers, but I think hotel should inform us first. 2. At about 22:0pm, we got call from front desk that we don't pay the accommodation cost, but actually when we check in, the employee doensn't inform us that Booking.com doesnt deduct the pay and we need to pay in the front desk. Front desk should check this part when we check in.

Modern hotel near Surabaya airport. The hotel has nice comfortable rooms, a very pleasant swimming pool, a beautiful dining area and very helpful staff. Towels for the pool are provided. Breakfast is excellent with a lot of variety (including eggs, croissants, yogurt, bread and jam). They offer a free shuttle to both Terminal 2 (international) and Terminal 1 (domestic flights mainly).

The staff were amazing with their attention to detail. We were hoping to catch a taxi on the evening we arrived to make it to a shopping mall downtown before closing time. The hotel reception ensured it was organised and we were able to do so. We had an early morning check out as our flight was very early in the morning and we were not going to be able to make breakfast but the staff took our breakfast order and ensured we could take our breakfast away.

This is a hotel for those who have early flight from the airport as getting to the airport from the city centre can be a misery - we used Grab taxi for 110k and it took less than 30 min, yet there are other options, such as getting the train and then walking about 30 min (the thing is that there are only a couple trains per day and you can buy tickets on the app that accepts only local payment options, unsold tickets go on sale at the cashier at train station just 2 hrs before departure - good luck there!). The hotel seems posh and up to Western standards - clean, soundproof (or quiet), plenty of breakfast options from a buffet. There is some free junk food in mini bar. The restaurant is 24hrs, overpriced but the food is ok, it also serves beer. The pool is nice addition, seems clean and well-maintained. The free transfer to the airport is at every hour, our car was 10 min late so beware that punctuality might be an issue also here. Overall, totally worth a night here for those who fly early!

Very nice room, bed comfy. Reception staff very profesionnal and welcoming. Both room and Bathroom very clean at checkin. Got everything in the room to fit my needs. Enjoyable pool. They upgraded me to a bigger room at checkin, nice touch 😊.
